Hkc alarm in rental-no code

    Hi all. We moved into a rental house a few weeks ago. The landlord had no code for the alarm and said it didn’t work anyway. Well today we had a power cut and when it came back on the alarm went off outside. On the box it says it belongs to Seven Security but their phone number doesn’t exist anymore. It has stopped going off now but the panel in the house is beeping. Any ideas on how to fix this please. Thanks

    You could tryn default panel. Cant give codes out.what location?

    You could try default & reprogramme or else get an engineer out to reset the codes & reprogramme it.
    I'd be wary though of why he said it doesn't work.

    At the least it needs to be powered down and defaulted

    It still may be engineer locked

    Either way it sounds like you need professional help
