Bought house with phonewatch equipment can this be used with other alarm systems

    Hi,

    I just purchase a new house, the house had a phone watch system, owned by an elderly lady.

    Their was a keypad, what looks like an autodialer with sim card and was connected to a landline, 3 cameras and what looks like a panic button.

    Are these of any use to me, can they be modified to work with other systems or do you have to go to phonewatch.
