    Just wanted to ask does any one knows how the back to school clothing and footwear allowance is paid

    That question is answered in the 8th post on a thread called "Back to school clothing and footwear allowance 2018" which can be found about six inches below the new thread that you just opened. :rolleyes:

    You should get it along with any other payment you get. So if you collect in the P.O. it will be paid with it.

    was that alongside her regular payment or just in randomly? our payment goes in on a Thursday but we got the btscfa in on the Monday last year so a bit early.
