Any idea how to use this oven? No user manual online and I'm hitting buttons but it won't heat up. The oven is working and fan going but no heat. I attach a pic of controla in case anyone recognises it.

I know with some ovens, the clock has to be set to a time before it'll work.

If the fan's running etc, but no heat, perhaps the heating element is blown?
