Panda Annual Service charge gone up by 34%

....according to bill received this morning. €64 last year €86 this year. Didn't see that coming. I got a letter from them in March about new charges for lifting the Green bin but nothing about an increase of this magnitude in the service charge.

Pretty sure it was 86 for me last year and just go a bill for 86 again this year

I've been charged €110/yr for the last number of years. Questioned it & was advised it was an 'admin' fee? (to administer what exactly, everything is digitised)
