I need to get a new inner tube for my son’s bmx. I vaguely remember a type of inner tube that was like a straight line with overlapping ends that can be replaced without removing wheel. Do these exist, and what are they called? Thanks in advance.

Someone posted a picture of recently of them: they aren't a continuous loop/toroid, but like a C-shape, so you can get around the fork or frame. They seem to be marketed at e-bikes and Dutch bikes, where getting the wheels off is a bit of a production.
