mondeo mk4 electric issue

was replacing cabin filter under dash on 2oo8 mk4 mondeo there was a spark now there is nothering when i turn key i left it for a while and when i tried again horn and indicators started so had to disconnect battery I have looked but cant find blown fuse any advice/help appreciated thanks
