DTA EU Countries - withheld payments

    Hi,
    Does anyone know where in Revenue to send the form received for stamping from an EU country for claim of DTA to avoid them withholding tax in their country from payments owed?

    Just not sure what department this should go to for stamping and cannot find anything specific in contacts.

    The tax office dealing with the affairs of the taxpayer concerned.
