Using debit card abroad (Doha/Thailand)

    Hi 

    I'm travelling to Tahiland (quick stop over in Doha) on Sunday.

    Is there anything I need to do in order to use my debit card (ATM/POS)?

    I know some banks need to whitelist these countries in order to access funds.

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here.

    We would just ask that you have the correct phone number and email address registered on your account before travelling in case our card security team need to contact you. You can check on the phone number we have registered for you through the "Amend my mobile phone for security codes" section within the "Manage Accounts" tab of your 365 online profile.

    I checked my Account and it has the correct phone info. However, I couldn't see anywhere to input my email address?

    Thanks for that, you can request the change your email address through the "Ask a question" section within the "Service Desk" tab and the advisers there can up date this for you or check what email address is registered.
