Took iPhone, consequences?

I'm the OP I'm not Irish I'm Indian passport holder ( 30yrs ) and the girl is Irish ( 22yrs ) which I assume gives her more power here than me.

This incident happened last year September 2017, I started chatting with this girl on Tinder and I casually asked if she wanted to be my sugar baby, and she said yes and we exchanged numbers, we made a deal to meet-up but she always used to bail in the last minute.

One time suddenly when I was with a Spanish girl, I got a call that she wanted to meet me that she is getting a lift from a friend and her place was far away, I was fed up of her bailing so I said yes, but then she called me around 11pm crying that she believed me and wants a place now to sleep even couch, I said okay I'll give you the address just take a taxi and reach me, But she insisted me to meet her as it was our first time and we never actually met before and she was nervous and freaking out.

I said OK and took a taxi, there she was already with another girl and I questioned her that why she said she was alone and in danger etc for which she said that she happen to meet her friend there. I said OK then you can go to her place so your not in danger, for which she replied that her friend needs to go with her bf's place and she cannot take her that night, so I said OK come lets go to mine, she then insisted to get just one drink I said ok but we need to hurry up, she insisted me to get into a club, I said no I didn't come to party I just thought you were in trouble and hence I came to take you. She insisted and I said ok let's make it quick, she also asked me to pay for her friends' entrance For which I denied and she said once her bf returns from a party he will pay. I said looks like there is a game here by you both to get free drinks off me, she said no and they were genuine, I asked what's the proof that her story is true and her bf will return the money, she offered her ID card, and said to keep it with me as a proof, I said it can be easily duplicated, on her other hand she had her mobile, I said what about your mobile, she started talking to her friend and agreed.

I took her mobile and kept it in my pocket as a security, the night passed slowly and she insisted to buy another drink in the night club and said since I have her mobile then her friend will pay back the money, so I bought them more drinks I initially didn't want to drink but continued drinking with them and lost control, we also got tequila shots etc.

After the party, we all went to McDonald's to eat and there too they requests for me to pay, but she ordered a chicken burger for me instead of a veggie one I had told her to order a veggie one but I was drunk to give attention when she was ordering. I paid for it, and then when I discovered it was chicken I got mad and went to exchange it but the queue was too long and my head started to pain, I then enter fresh air and started going out threw the burger in the bin, took a taxi home, on the way I realaisedyi still had her mobile with me. But I couldn't go back and return instead I thought I'll give her the next day and also she had her friend with her where she will be safe anyway.

But the next day when I woke up she started abusing me threatening me blackmailing me that she will go to Garda and that I stole her mobile etc
I said her sorry I forgot that I had your mobile with me, and I would return it and I asked her to pay for what her friend owe me , she never acknowledged it and abused that I stole her mobile and disappeared.

I said no I forgot to return now give me what you owe and take your mobile, for which she denied and I started asking more including the money I spent on myself and her. For which she got furious and said no. Finally after a day she agreed to pay it was around €70 so I gave her my address and she showed up with Garda, they snatched her mobile from me, gave it to her and arrested me, said I extorted from a innocent girl etc, questioned me, snooped my mobile etc OMG it was an intimidating experience ever in my life, I freaked out. They also out me in prison for 5hrs.

I said them what happened but they never believe me, I showed her texts that she asked me for help etc but they said I was lying and I made up everything.

I was released and said a court summon might come if DPP went ahead with the report. I said OK and left, I didn't hear anything from them so I went to Spain with my girl and then took her to India, it was like a travel break for 6months, then I returned to Ireland and got a call from Garda that I don't live in the address and I have a court summon. I used to live in Cork when the incident happened and now am in Dublin.

I'm now freaked out what's going to happen.... This is the long story... The thing is in my call history, I had called up few escorts but I never actually met them it was just for me to get turned on, they could've seen it when they snooped my mobile during the arrest.

Do you think I'll end up in prison? I'm freaked out as hell and not sure what to do if I need to fled out of the country now or not.

Please help me with your correct inputs,

Quite the good Samaritan aren't you, selflessly running to the aid of a dating app stranger, downing shots and minding phones and whatnot!
At the end of the day - you took her phone and refused to give it back - that's the be all and end all of it really, everything else is hearsay (in fact lets call it what it is - bullshít).

The escorts are nothing - you can ring an escort if you want to - your Spanish Senorita might not agree, but the court won't give a damn.

You should have walked away from the whole thing at the beginning but you kept thinking you had a chance with this 22 year old. In future think with the brain in your head!
