Hi all, Just about to close on new build, and yet to sort alarm. Have looked into various offers, there's a lot of very impressive systems that have a monthly charge. Can anyone recommend a service that has just a one-off payment starting off to install an alarm, one that is effective but will not break the bank? Thanks…

Just about to close on new build, and yet to sort alarm.

Most good installers will offer & install you a stand alone system without monitoring or with self monitoring without tying you to ongoing monthly or annual payments.
As I always say shop around.
