    Hi I wonder can someone here advise please.
    I presently do agency work in a HSE site as a Health care assistant for over two years. I am on the HCA panel but placed mid way so dont hold much hope on a job offer in the site where I work.

    I was asked would I be interested in a full time job as a MTA by a senior manager in the hospital where I work. Can I transfer off the HCA panel to a MTA panel he said he would check Monday if this could be done. Is this possible or can they employ you even if you are not on the MTA panel is this possible.

    Thanks for reading and I would appreciate advice as I would love to get this job.
