    Hi,

Does anyone know what exactly this means :

"Qualifying from Illness Benefit: 3 out of last 5 years in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment"

It is one of the conditions of receiving back to Enterprise.

If someone was on Illness benefit for two years, supplementary welfare for 1 year and then disability allowance for a week. Is that qualification does anyone know.

I note that supplementary welfare is not a qualifying payment.

    Thanks

Were you awarded the Disability Allowance from the date your Illness Benefit finished. You were probably paid Supplementary Payment while you were waiting on this . If so you are fine and will qualify.
