Our terrier loves toys, but most are too big for her.
She is best suited to bottle top sized toys, but its felt they are dangerous as she may get them lodged in her throat.

So does anyone have any ideas where I can get terrier proof toys, slightly bigger than a bottle top?(the small kong balls are too big)

What about rope toys and the likes? They'll have plenty of smaller bits she can grab hold of but are overall large enough she won't be able to choke on them?

You can get xtra small kong balls in the larger pet stores, online and at times in TK max. We have a terrier x that doesn’t destroy his toys with the exception of the kong shells.

He isn’t into the rubber squeaky toys, he doesn’t like the air holes it’s weird but funny, but does love Guz Mini, planet dog small balls, they bounce, float & have a treat hole (online) & survived a plush destroyer, 7 years, max chewer ****zu x that could remove a squeaker in under 30 seconds from just about any toy.

But then again no ball is too big for him it seems.

He is 6.5 kg and prefers the big kong to the xtra small, he has a puppy light blue large one, light enough for him to carry but also handy for stuffing his lunch into. I also make some snuffle type toys for him too. Hope that helps.

How about making a few? An old t-shirt etc knotted for a rope toy. A small plastic bottle in an old sock with a knot at the end. Kong do lots of different sizes for toys with a wide variety i.e. squeaky toys, knotted ones, puzzle toys.

Ohhggg my mum has a rescue Maltese x named Sophie & is the funniest thing on 4 paws, I always expect her to baaa instead of a chirp bark. I introduced a brush to her about a year ago, she loves it, takes it to her bed and brushes herself kind of...

I got this yesterday for her, she absolutely LOVES IT, she's buried it 4 times, had 2 meltdowns when her bro 'stole' it from her. She wanted to bring it to the groomers today. The first thing she went for when she came in from her walk yes. It's a big hit, Thanks for the guidance.

I found in pet world a brand of toy specially made for small and miniature dogs, they are under 10e, the brand is Charley and Molly.
