Hi folks,07 fiesta fob key won't lock doors remotely, works manual, and starts ok, changed fob key battery,mate just bought car today,any ideas?

Do you know if it ever worked?
If car is older maybe there is loose soldering inside the fob.

Car is 07 ,dont know if it worked before, id assume it did,will check fob,thanks
