    So, we'd had builders doing our house for months. The bulk of the work done by two guys. They've done a really good job and have gone out of their way to take care of the place, do things right, etc. We'd like to give them a pressie when they're finished but have no idea if there's a going rate or if it's not done etc.

    Any ideas?

    No going rate at all.
    You give what ever you want. Whether that’s a bottle of wine each or a a voucher for a local restrauent or similar.

    What I did for one lad that did most of the work on my house was bring him back some tools from the states ;)
