Do I have "prosecutions pending" /garda vetting

Hi so i got searched by Gards outside of a club and had approx like maybe .3 of a gram of class A. I wasn't arrested or charged but told to go station the next day where I wa6 interviewed under caution. And the guards wanted me to help them and find more drugs so they could stop it going to court. And they said the summons could take 6/-12 months. I also pleaded my case that I had been in a state of alcohol and insomnia related psychosis the night before imwent out and got caught and also was a family berevment, homelessness and past mental health problems.

I have a clean history and had my security badges arrive in the post the same day i got caught. i got caught 6 weeks ago

So I got a job interview the other day and the company are gonna garda vet me again

When the Gards interviewed me under caution they said they would send me a summons, again I don't remember signing or getting any paperwork I just signed by statment.

So I would like to know if my garda vetting will show up from my prospective employer. Will it say I have prosecutions pending? In the 6weeks since or the few extra weeks it could take for my prospective employer to recieve the garda vetting?

Any help will be appreciated so much my head is so fried with this. And feel free to ask any questions.

He didn't give me his number lol, he told me his name and his partners name and to call the station if I can find em some drugs. Which I can't really remember cos I was still in a state of shock and still the alcohol related insomnia psychosis was still there a bit.

Should he have given me his number? He said i had 6/12months to help him out. Part of me feels he may of been sympathetic to my problems. And maybe he was just not gonna do the paperwork and just wanted to the scare me into being an informant.

And I'm not actually pure blood Irish and wasbrought up abroad and only been here a while so don't know the ins and outs of the procedure

I'm not too sure what class A means but I guess it's a bit stronger than cannabis.

The guard is trying to do you a favour. Tell him where you bought the drugs from or who is selling them and if he gets a bigger capture then he can forget about the small fish like you. It's completely confidential and your name won't appear anywhere. If you don't want to tell him then take your conviction when it comes up and the re-percussions that come with it. If you are going to do it, then do it now. No point waiting until just before the court date as he can't do you any favours then.

As far as I'm aware the vetting only shows up convictions but some companies might be able to see pending prosecutions. Also I don't think the probation act applies to section 3 simple possession charges but someone else might be able to advise better than me. Either way if a guard was giving me an easy way out of a summones then I'd snap it up.

Well I didn't buy the drugs i was given them for free as a good will gesture. And tbh ratting on someone is a very bad thing to do that is why they call it ratting. I was hoping to get it struck out by paying a solicior and making a donation to the poor box and my excuses of bereavment and family arguments and my mental health at the time.

Which I hope I can get away without the conviction as it will ruin my life even more than it already is

I'm just worried if i lose out in a potential job before I have a chance to defend myself in court and pay it off.

The garda vetting website says it discloses all convictions and prosecutions pending, I'm just curious to know if I have a prosecution pending on mine
