Hi! I have to go back to WRC for 2nd day - the submissions are 10k, nor barrister and solicitor - is this nuts - am I being ripped off?

I dont understand- Who is charging you 10K if you dont have a barrister and solicitor.

Hi! Incognito, thanks for your reply - it is the barrister and solicitor who want 10k for doing submissions. I nearly fell on the floor when I found out! Is this normal? I went to the Circuit Court about a civil matter 4 years ago and it was only 5k.

Has this been a long running matter? it does seem very expensive

No lawyer could usefully comment on this bill without reading the file
One of the problems in running such cases are the long intervals between sittings in many WRC cases
