I want to replace an old wooden crush and holding pen with a new steel crush with either a block wall pen or steel poles and rails. What do you need to qualify for tams 2. I'm just starting back farming this year. Have 4 cows at the minute and no green cert

As far as I've been told,pen has to be shuttered concrete,you'll qualify for 40per cent rate
