Office Chair

I've been working from home for the last few months now and the cheap old Argos chair I have isn't cutting it anymore.

Any advice where to get a good one within the city? Looking for something that'll save my back and will stand the test of time, so somewhere I could get a quality chair would be ideal, price isn't an issue.

I would pop into O Brien Office Systems behind the Clarion/Clayton - they have plenty on display to test out.

Yeah, OBOS would probably have the best selection; not open at the weekends (which is a pity, I wouldn't mind popping in there for a look myself but never am around the centre during the week).

I know you're looking for city, but if check online, kos.ie will have very good ones. Expensive but worth it. Obos would have the same/similar i assume, but without the speciality.

Sometimes you can buy the old display model from obos. I got a very good deal on a chair that way before.

Also consider second hand - I bought a great quality office chair from JOS (was on Infirmary road, now I believe it is this place here: http://www.cjmfurniture.ie/office-furniture)

    I second this suggestion.

We've been to the store in Old Blackrock Road a few times and they had a great selection of office chairs.

There are often decent office chairs (and desks) available in Done Deal when companies are cleaning out - you may have to travel a bit to collect though.
