I have one question about paying money for physical person.
Situation is like this: we would like to register a company in Ireland. DAC to be more specific. We are creating a website, which will act as our system where various companies can create surveys about their products. They would deposit money to their virtual bank account in our system and then, start survey campaigns. Physical person, can register too, it also has a virtual account and it can do surveys and get money for that. When he finishes surveys he receives some amount of money on their virtual account. For example 5 euros. Later, that physical person can withdraw their money to their real bank account. So that's where I am not sure what to do: when other company deposits money to our account, everything is clear, business transfers money to other business account, everything is legal and OK. But how about our company, transfers money to those physical person accounts? They have no contracts with us, those people can even be 15-16 year old teenagers, or senior from Brazil. I mean geographically and demographically they can be anything. So I guess there is no chance to sign contracts with those people that would prove that we paid those money legally for them? Websites like freelancer.com, upwork.com do the same concept, they pay for physical people money, but Im not sure how to do that legally? (We tried to asked those companies about their accounting but they offered no help). How should we mark these payments in our accounting system? Sadly we are a new company and we cannot afford money for accountant to work for us, so we do these tasks by ourselves, but we lack knowledge so it would be great if someone can help us with this. I have to mention that we are from Lithuania not from Ireland originally.
