Refurbishment cost for House

    We plan to buy a 3 bedroom semi detached house. We prefer a certain area but issue is houses in that area are quite old and requires full refurbishment in toilet, kitchen and bedrooms. Never been on property ladder and wondering approx costs to have all new kitchen, new bathroom with new seats and shower. And to remove carpet flooring from bedrooms and replace with wooden floor. I know it's a tough to give estimate but a rough idea will be helpful.
