Opposing solicitor withholding documents

We are seeking to register a right of way over a private lane. We travel over different folios. They are represented by one solicitor. They need sightlines from us (we also own the very mouth of the lane) and we are in a county that requires sightlines as a wayleave. All acknowledge our right of way. Two have signed, two have not, but their solicitor is withholding the signed wayleaves until we give them sightlines. While we are taking the other two (unsigned) to court, how are we to get the two signed wayleaves from their solicitor?

Exchanging the right of way for sightlines isn't going to work; we cannot agree to the work required.

Moderation: Per the charter, legal advice cannot be given. You have a serious legal issue here which should be best addressed to your solicitors. If you don't have any engaged, you should do so as soon as possible as this isn't the kind of thing that can be DIY'ed or asked of internet randomers.
