Would any posters here know would these classes be full and would you have to reserve a place in advance. I was thinking of joining the gym just to avail of the classes during lunch form work.

I go to Flyefit Macken street and you always have to book classes in advance. You can do it 3 days in advance and they book out fairly quick. I try to book Mondays class on Friday afternoon.

I have the roaming membership so flit between a few locations. I like the range of classes available.

I also find classes need to be booked in advance as they are busy and do fill up. You can book 3 days in advance via the website so I tend to plan ahead. You can also cancel a class online if your schedule changes and you can't make it after all.
