Car is 14 year old next month, 2004 Audi A3 3 door 1.6 petrol, 198000kms.
Well maintained, slight issue when starting if engine is not cold. Crank sensor I think.
Thinking that if it passes it would be the best time to sell it and trade up.
Has dual climate control, very tidy inside (after a clean this week :D)
    Tax runs til October.
    Whats she worth?

If it’s tidy and has alloys etc and you fix the starting issue - I’d say it’s around €1300- €1400.

Well obviously depends on you being truthful about the prob. Have you a quote to fix it? I'd say between 500-600 depending on cost of fixing

Ask yourself, what would you pay to buy a 14 year old petrol 3dr from a private seller that most insurers won’t insure????

I'll deffo get the problem fixed whether or not its sold, at next service.
Reckon I'll keep it and use it til it dies at this stage, cos its worth feckall really and a hassle to sell privately.
It owes me nothing anyway. Bought 6 years ago in September for 6.1k so its been decent value.
