Got a stone flung at me when driving on motorway and ive a crack with a small crater smaller than 1 euro coin.

I have cover with insurance but wondering if I can get this repaired at the likes of halfords? 30 euro on their site? Save putting through insurance. My renewal is due and dont want it impacting quote..

Most small windscreen chips can be filled and repaired but cracks usually travel over time due to vibration and you end up replacing the entire windscreen. While windscreen replacement can be listed on your no claims cert at the end of our policy it shouldn't impact your premium.
