Getting out of Vodafone Broadband Contract

    Hello,

So about two years ago, I was living in a houseshare and all the flatmates convinced me to sign up for wi-fi and everyone was going to pitch in on the bill. They kept their end but then I moved into my own house for a while. Moving, of course, caused me to have to start a contract over again. I had to them move back into a houseshare which started it all back over again. Now I am looking at another houseshare out in the country that doesn't have broadband service.

I have been told that if you move to an area where you can't use the survice, that you can get out of your contract. Is this true? It just seems like I can't get rid of this stupid contract.

Not true, sometimes (when you get a nice person) they might let you out, but generally no.

I have enjoyed the internet, it has been good service most of the time. The problem is every time you move, in order to take the internet with you, you have to reup on the contract regardless...so you two choices, pay for it and not use it until your contract expires, or renew the contract. My first contract with the company should have been up ages ago but because I had to move, it kept renewing the contract.

I am with Vodafone Broadband. Anyone have any experience dealing with them and trying to get out of a contract?
