Struggling to find affordable apartments

I'm a single first time buyer struggling to find an affordable property. Ideally I'd like to get a 2 bed apartment somewhere around the city centre or outskirts with a max budget of 257k.

It's obvious that there is a property crisis in Dublin right now, but I am really amazed how bad it has become. My main resource for finding properties is Daft.ie. I've also seen MyHome.ie but it seems to be a duplication of Daft in terms of what is listed. Are there any other resources for finding properties? Do all estate agents list all their properties on Daft? Any other places I could look to try find a suitable apartment? Keep in mind I am absolutely fine with a doer-upper; as long as it is structurally sound I'll happily invest in improving it over time.
