I broke my ankle a couple of months ago and would like copies of my X-rays to keep. Is it possible to do this? Who would I have to ask?

Should be possible, I got x-rays from Connolly Hospital in Blanch about 8 years ago from a bad fracture of my humerus (morbid curiosity in the days before prevalence of smartphones!). For them it was just a request to the Patient Services Dept, but that may vary from hospital to hospital. Usually there will be a fee for the films as well.

Strictly speaking, they are X-ray films, radiographs or images rather than X-rays although they are often called that. Contact the health information people at the hospital and ask them for a copy of your X-ray films (or radiographic images if they are digitized).
