Powering Rewards - Voucher code not accepted

    Hi,
     
    I am just trying to redeem a €10 SuperValu voucher and it is not working for me.  I previously tried to redeem the voucher and it told me to wait until June, so I tried this morning and now it's telling me "You have reached max voucher redemptions for the period May/June. You can next redeem a voucher in July" even though the last time I have redeemed a voucher is 04/04/2018.

    Can you please look into this for me.
