You're better off asking one of the Irish reptile groups on facebook (both the Irish forums I'm aware of have closed)

Bob Clarke regularly holds sales in the UK and you can drive them to Ireland from there. Totally legal.
You can drive them from Hamm and the Dutch and uk shows too.
There is also an Irish reptile ahow, you might find what you want there.

It's legal from the US as well but be prepared for the taxes.
