    Hi,
My wife has mislaid her Kia Rio car keys.
If they are not found, what are the options.
I’m guessing the manufacturers can supply new keys if they are given the chassis number.
If so, how much would it cost?

    Jos

What year is the Rio. Is lost car keys covered on her car insurance or house insurance?

I can't see insurance helping as most policy excesses would limit what you'd get back and you'd probably affect NCB.

BTW be gentle with her. Shes probably up the walls abt it...

Sounds like you need a new wife.

    And a new car !

Ah no in all seriousness , I think Kia themselves can do up a key from the chassis

Failing that a locksmith can get you into the car but worst case new locks all-round

And probably new security module (s) if the car has alarm /immobiliser

As you may know, costs a lot less to break up with a car. LOL.

Seriously, how quickly could she get keys from main dealer. Back to work on Tuesday, so we’re planning for the worst and hoping for the best that they’ll be found

    Ah brilliant.

I’m not going to show her that, unless I put a Hurley helmet on first.
