Money retained

    Hi, I went to lodge €95 a few minutes ago to an ATM and my money was retained, I didn't get any slip or something that proves my lodgement done, I have no money in my bank account therefore, I am wondering if I will be able to get my money lodged into my account or what should I do??

    Thanks for your post here on boards.

    We are sorry to hear this.

    This should adjust itself automatically once the machine balances itself out.

    I would advise that you send your query through the online service desk when logged into 365 online by selecting ask a question and an advisor will look into this further for you if needed.
