    Hi

Looking for some roofing suggestions please

We are up to first floor level with our block-work and had originally planned a standing seam roof but now I wish to go flat but cannot seem to find the correct type of roof material.

Thinking some sort of SIP panel

Didn’t want to go the membrane route, our engineer says to stay away from concrete and hasn’t suggested anything else

    Thanks

I'm at design stage of a rear ext. Roof is flat with designed fall for drainage and going with fiberglass.

Why avoid the membrane? It would be my go to option, definitely ahead of standing seam.
