why is dole looking for parents bank statement

last week the welfare sent out a letter asking for my dad's payslip and bank statement i don't understand why , when i first signed on last summer he was getting double the amount he is now and his bank account balance is well under 20,000 so why exactly are they looking for a bank statement is this a regular occurence do…

As per your other threads on this, SW can review your claim at any time, it’s their prerogative and they do it a lot. You’ve nothing to worry about as you’ve said elsewhere that your dad has less then 20000.
