HI I am hoping to build a house and am applying for planning permission. I have sent in a connection enquiry form already. In order to connect to the public sewer we need to go through two neighbours gardens which they have more or less agreed to. I am just wondering how much this whole thing should cost and also who does it. I sent the form in well over a month ago so can you pelase give me an update.
    Thanks
    Niamh
