    I assumed this would be a load of BS, but it is surprisingly well done. If this was in a country with a large population, perhaps you could say there was something to it.

    However, these are generic drugs costing almost nothing, there is almost no possibility for favoritism & corruption as it would be blatantly obvious in the tenders put forward.

    Even if we see 10,000 abortions per year, the cost of these drugs would be approx. €50,000 at most.

    Would big pharma not make more money from a more prolonged situation such as a sick pregnant woman going to term or a sick child being born?

    He fought it to the last... it was only because there was cross-party consensus that he eventually climbed down on it.

    And why was it that the opposition parties had such influence? Well, you can thank Enda and his own brand of out-of-touch arrogance for that one, and the knock-on effect it had on the last election.

    Maybe direct your derision there if it bothers you Wheelie!
