    Lost the mojo after doing the Dublin 2009 Marathon but feel it coming back I've had the odd jog here and there ... any advice on starting back?
    Foods??what is a runners typical day diet? Need to shed a few pounds to help

    I'd love to run a marathon but with my Judo training and everything else I can't structure a plan to make a serious go at one.

    I content myself with 10k's.. Best of luck

    Have you considered hooking up with park run some Saturday morning and take it from there?.

    Just on the foods, there are no magic foods for a running diet. A balanced diet with enough calories to support training will be sufficient. And decent sleep.
