When I was your age I worked in the local McDonalds. I also worked in a local flower shop. So you should visit all the businesses in your area and explain your situation.

No one will expect you to have a proper CV, but you should make a little one pager. It could be something like this:

    > Your address
    > Date

    > Dear Sir/Madam

    > My name is [Your Name]. I am a [6th year student] at [your school]. I am looking for a summer job, between the dates of May[whatever] and August[whatever]. I will be available full-time during those months, and part-time afterwards.

    > I do not have any previous experience, however I am reliable and willing to work hard. I would appreciate it if you could consider me for any role in your company.

    > You can reach me at [Your phone] any time.

    > Thank you for considering my application.

    > Your truly

    > [Your name]

    Hopefully you get the idea.
