    Hi all
    My husband has been on illness B, since last may.
    He was out with stress and on his doctors advice he gave in his notice
    6 months ago.
    Now he feels ready to go back to work,
    and has put out a lot of cvs.
    When he gets his final cert next week,
    Will he lose 9 weeks as he gave in his notice.
    Many thanks.

    ps he was working in the same job for 8 years.
