My son has just finished up on a TUS scheme, upon applying to Solas, one of the documents that they requested is our mortgage statement.

Why would they request this as this has nothing to do with my son.

He’s living with you...how old is he?

He's 22, but what has my mortgage got to do with either himself or Solas

If he’s living with you at 22 then he’s considered to have “benefit and privilege” for the purposes of a SW payment. I assume they’ve asked for his parents payslips too? They will allow a certain amount of the mortgage against his parents income in the means test.
