    Hey,
I'm going over YouTube lately and have been watching videos on law of attraction. I.e you get back what you put out. Or you are what you think about

I have social anxiety and I'm managed to get myself back out in the world. But I do struggle particularly with certain types of people, it's my anxiety that makes situations uncomfortable for me and the people around me. I Have also managed to get back training in a specific sport that I always loved but stopped because of my Social anxiety. Now although I have made it back out into the situations that make me feel uncomfortable. I still feel that dreaded uncomfortable feeling and anxiety the only difference is I am not letting myself give up and quit the sport I love doing.
Can I change this by changing my thought processing? By the law of attraction? By being very careful What my sub conscious mind is saying ? Is it possible to change my subconscious mind?

So for instances I think I say to myself ( i dont physcally say but i think thats whst playing on my mind) while in social situations that I'm a loser, I'm no good, I'm very bad at socialising and this person will have no interest in me, they will see I'm anxious and there for worry why I'm anxious and in turn get anxious about me being anxious?

I basically worry a Lot that people will see me anxious and therefore get anxious themselves as they are worrying why im anxious. If you get me?.. when all i want to do is the complete opposite..... SOOO if I can manage to change everything I have said there into the complete opposite in my sub-conscious mind I should be cured. Right ....?!?
That's the theory being the law attraction?.?

Don't mind the law of attraction, it's a load of auld BS imo.

You are correct though, you are what you think, and your thoughts influcence your feelings/emotions, not the other way around, so in order to change how you feel, you need to change your thinking, I'd recommend CBT if you are not doing so already.

I'd also recommend meditation, visualisation and have patience and be kind to yourself, it takes time!.
