Stands for bookshelf speakers

    Hi there!

Do you sell any small stands for bookshelf speakers? They don't need to be very high - 50cm or so would be fine - but they need to support reasonably heavy speakers, around 3.3Kg per speaker.

(The speakers are: Auna Linie 501 BS-WH ). They're surround sound speakers for a living room, to the less visible/bulky the better. Yes, I realise I'm asking for small, strong, sturdy invisible stands :)

    Thanks!
    Mike.

    Hi Mike.

The smallest that I think would suit would be either the Soundstyle Z2 priced at £79.95
    http://www.richersounds.ie/p-100049-z2.aspx

Or the Mission Stancettes priced at £69.95
    http://www.richersounds.ie/p-200307-stancette.aspx

Let me know if the above might suit.

Thanks Kenny! They look good - they look quite tall on the site, but found photos of them with bookshelf speakers on and they're the right height.

Just one question - how are the speakers attached? Do they just sit on top or are they screwed on?

    Thanks again,
    Mike.

    Hi Mike,

They would just sit on top as you wouldn't be able to screw through the cabinet without damaging the speaker. I would recommend using a little bit of blu tac just to keep them anchored.

Let me know what you think.

    Kind regards

    David

    Thanks David,

The SoundStyle Z2s look like they should be fine. I'll order them this week.

    Many thanks!
    Mike.
