Trying to build muscle weightlifting but do alot of steady state cardio every day also so want to cut back on that. Most websites say I use eg 300 calories for an hour's cycling but because I've been doing this daily for years is it likely I'm only burning 150 or 200 an hour so that's all I should cut if I don't do my usual daily cycle ?
Don't want to cut calories any more than necessary.
