Just a query, not 100% sure what the PSC card uses are for an employed person, the only thing Ive read is they are not needed for driving licence renewals which I read about only recently. I had a person rent a room off me for a brief period of time and when they were leaving they told me they had some mail coming, I said Id contact them when anything arrived and pass it on, but that they should sort out changing addresses for their mail within a week to ten days. I see some mail has arrived and it was clear some kind of card was in it from the feel, I checked the return address and from that information the PSC comes up, I dont know why they got this sent to my address as they werent around for very long, not sure if I should return it to the PSC return address on the envelopw, look up the PSC contact number and tell them this person does not reside at my house or just contact the person myself and pass it on to them telling them to sort out the address?

If they only rented off you for a short period, I'd return the card to sender marked "Gone Away".

    This is not your problem.

    + 1

If they were claiming Jobseekers they must declare their address and any changes to it.

I'm been suspicious here but they could be living with a partner and both of them claiming the full rate as single people.

You should return it straight away.

Simply draw several lines across the address on the envelope and write “RETURN TO SENDER - NO LONGER AT THIS ADDRESS”.

They’ll receive it back and should be able to sort it out themselves.

The person could be using your address for Social Welfare purposes while cohabitating or something. They probably just never got around to changing their address with the office
