    Not much to be fair.
    Obvious damage/rust.
Bearings are OK (drums don't wobble)
All blades present (or at least the hangers are OK)
    Gaurds/covers in reasonable condition.
    Belts.

There are new copy's of PZ available fairly cheap too. Have a look if just for price comparisons.

Couple of things to look out for
Make sure you get to see it running, if it vibrates then you have drum, saucer or both damaged. It can be fixed but at a cost. Generally when the are vibrating then the gaurds and covers loosen and fall off or are taken off.
Remove the belt gaurd at the rear and check for signs that the belts are being chewed up. This is caused by a miss-aligned pully which is very common on the PZ clones such as the zetor ztr 165. You could use a straight edge to see if the two pullies are aligned, if they aren't walk away.
While the ztr is exactly the same, the quality control in the factory wasnt as good as when they were made by PZ. Also the PZ came with a slip/overrun driveshaft rather than the cheap straight one on the ztr
Try and get a clean PZ, one thats minded may be a bit rusty but the gaurds and driveshaft should be in good condition.
They are a great mower for hay/silage but don't use them for topping as they are not ment to be run free without a load
