Claim disallowance

    I Looked online and it says "Claim disallowance" and then " you will receive the details of your Claim disallowance by post"

    Now depending of details, they maybe ask me for more documentation proof or I maybe have to appeal?

    I think you made a claim for a payment and your claim has been disallowed.
    Appeal as per the instructions on the letter.
