    Check out http://genofit.ie/ - I went there last week as part of a voluntary study. You get a free DEXA scan as part of it.

    That's interesting eet! Do you have any more info on what the aerobic test / results involve e.g. do you think the info would be any use from a training perspective?

    You hop on to an exercise bike for 15 mins while they monitor your heart rate. It’s nothing too strenuous. They also measure your grip strength and take some body measurements. At the end of it all you get information regarding how you compare to the average person in several different areas. I guess it depends on what you’re training for, so it’s hard to know if it would be useful in that sense - but if you’re just interested in learning about your body/health then it’s definitely worthwhile.

    I really enjoyed it and I’d highly recommend taking part - only takes about 90 mins
