Virgin media bundle - help?

Hello, So thinking of moving to a virgin media bundle, TV, internet, landline and mobile - Given cabling issues sky is not an option. Is there anything I should be aware of, downsides? Bad router/wifi signal from their box (current one is sky and does fine ) Just looking for some advice.

Their mobile service has severe issues with shortcode and bulk SMS service making it useless if you need to receive texts from banks, Google, Microsoft etc.

The Horizon box is a dog.
