Odd Statement at Bottom of Forms

    Hi all,

I'm currently in the middle of applying for a claim. All seemed fine but now the department want a UP15 form filled out by my previous employer even though I was part time and they have the week to week dockets for this.

Anyway at the bottom of the form it says.
"In accordance with the Freedom of Information act, information supplied by me may be shown to other interested parties"

This has thrown me a little, don't recall it on any other forms, can anyone clarify if it is normal?

This is informing you that if you do enter into a contract with DSP in regard to JSA that as part of that contract, your information will be shared with Turas Nua/Seetec which are 2 private companies.

Ah ok, thank you. I just didn't see it on the other forms and was wondering if my private information would be available to anyone in the public. Thanks for clearing that up
